Event Management
Our main objective is to represent the client from start to finish. Services includes, sourcing the venue, negotiate rental cost, establish a team of vendors (if needed), develop an event layout, facilitate the setup and breakdown. We provide designated tiers of service based upon the level of assistance requested. We can also provide any of our top selected event planners for more exclusive planning.
We have partnered with several venues through Miami-Dade County that offers a different approach toward hosting your event. From an open format space to restaurants with views and even activity centers to keep all guest entertained, we aim at finding the right setting that will highlight each event. Our suggested venue will be based on both the size of
your expected guest and corresponding budget.
Standard Booking - $150/hr (2hr Min.)
Access for up to 4 persons (including photographer), a choice of one (1) 10-foot backdrop set and one adjustable 24” diameter table. All lighting, furniture and additional equipment available upon request in advance at a one time rental fee during your reservation.
Premium Booking - $250/hr.
Access for up to 4 guests (including photographer), a choice of one (1) 10-foot backdrop set, one adjustable 24” diameter table, and access to shoot throughout the entire space for lifestyle footage. All lighting, furniture and additional equipment available upon request in advance at a one time rental fee during your reservation.
Private Booking - $350/hr.
Access to the entire space for up to twenty (20) persons (including photographer & crew), access to two (2) 10-foot colored backdrop sets, (2) six foot tables w/linen, and (2) adjustable 24” diameter tables. All lighting, furniture and additional equipment available upon request in advance at a one time rental fee during your reservation.
Self Service - Coming Soon
Guest will have access to two (2) custom sets of the week that can be taken with professional cameras, or cell phones with the use of our ring lights.

THE RULES
- Your rental time is when you will be given access inside the space and wrap up to include returning the space back to it giving state. Time of rental includes set-up, break-down and clean-up time; please keep in mind when booking.
- Your rental is based hourly. To avoid any overage, all guest must be packed up and vacate the space at the scheduled end time to avoid being billed extra time. All extra time will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Absolutely no use of fire, fog machines, no smoking, weapons, glitter or confetti allowed.
- We are not responsible for any valuables and/or equipment lost, stolen, or damaged during your booking. Secure and keep all belongings visible.
- We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes footage inside our space, for promotional purposes only.
